Giotto during integration activities
Date: 01 May 1992 For access the solar panels have been removed. The silver spheres on the main platform are two of the four tanks containing the hydrazine fuel for orbit and attitude correction. On the top the High Gain Dish Antenna with the antenna feed and the Low Gain Cardioid Antenna through which the first contact was made with the Spacecraft for reactivation.
