    A sample of Ferrari 'Rosso Corsa' prepares for space

    This 3cc sample of Ferrari's distinctive red paint 'Rosso Corsa' will accompany the European Space Agency's Mars Express spacecraft as it heads to the Red Planet, Mars. The sample is contained within a specially constructed glass globe, 2 cm in diameter and sealed into a PMMA (polymethyl metacrylate) block.
