    SciTech RSS

Subscribe to SciTech's RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds to get the latest updates delivered directly to your desktop.

    What is RSS?

RSS is an XML-based format for sharing and distributing Web content. Using an RSS reader, you can view data feeds from various news sources, such as sci.esa.int.

    Accessing RSS

RSS/News Aggregators download and display RSS feeds for you. There are many cross-platform and cross-browser applications available. Follow the link on the right to see a full Google listing of readers. Many applications are separate programs; others are part of your web browser. Yahoo! users can add RSS feeds to their My Yahoo! page.

    1. Copy the above URL from the grey field
    2. Paste the URL into your reader

You can also click on the relevant icon to view the XML feed or add it to My Yahoo!

    Note for Thunderbird users

    1. Go to "Tools - Options - Advanced - Config Editor"
    2. Type 'javascript' to filter the items
    3. Double click 'javascript.allow.mailnews' so that it becomes *TRUE*
