    This meeting is expected
    1. to summarize the advances in the past decade which can be characterized by substantial changes in the fundamental yet rapidly advancing science of astrometry
    2. to highlight the astonishing achievements of astrometry and its applications to astronomy in the coming decade
    3. to facilitate the communication and collaboration between ground- and space-based astrometry, various techniques and wavelengths
    4. to consider the future developments beyond 2020
