    Opening of CCU3 container in BAF

    Late on 22 April 2009, Planck arrived at the final assembly building (Bâtiment d'Assemblage Final, or BAF) inside the payload transport container (Conteneur Charge Utile 3, or CCU3).

    In the morning on 23 April the spacecraft was rolled out of the CCU3 and prepared for integration with the Ariane 5 ECA launcher in the adjacent hall.
