The meeting is open to all interested without prior registration, but only up to the seating capacity of the auditorium. Since that is limited, it is advised to reserve a seat and the Friday lunch by sending an e-mail to David.Dunerkultur.lu.se (on a first-come, first-served basis, but not later than by May 10).

On the day following the conference, there will a guided excursion to Tycho Brahe's historic observatory and museum on the island of Ven (Hven).
