The Summer School Alpbach provides in-depth teaching on different topics of space science & technology, featuring lectures and concentrated working sessions on mission studies in self-organised working groups. Young highly qualified European science and engineering students form 4 teams and compete to design a space mission. This year the Summer School addresses innovative mission concepts aiming to increase our knowledge of key processes of star formation.
