The purpose of this conference is to foster communication among various surveys and missions - allowing for the exchange of information regarding calibration requirements, methodologies, and strategies for meeting those requirements - for the benefit of all. Topics of the conference are expected in the broad areas of astrometry, photometry, and spectrophotometry across the electromagnetic spectrum, and how they impact the calibration and standardization of large surveys and missions in astronomy and astrophysics.
