Vibration testing of silicon pore optics module

A silicon pore optics mirror module is mounted in a test adapter for vibration tests. Acceleration sensors are connected to the module to measure the vibration levels.
The hundreds of pores, which allow X-rays incident at grazing angles to propagate through the mirror module and be reflected, are seen face on.
