The LISA Pathfinder spacecraft, pictured here in a transport container, arrived at Cayenne Félix Eboué Airport, French Guiana, in the early hours of 8 October.
The spacecraft, along with specialised support equipment, was transported from London on an Antonov An-124 cargo airplane.
