The upper composite of the Vega launcher, carrying LISA Pathfinder, is being installed on top of the Vega launcher inside the mobile gantry, in the launcher assembly area, at Europe's Spaceport in Kourou, French Guiana.
The top of the Vega launcher is seen in the foreground, to the right, extending up through the movable access platform.
LISA Pathfinder will launch on Arianespace flight VV06 – the sixth launch of Europe's small Vega launcher – on 2 December 2015.
