In a scientific field which is rapidly moving, the 2007 meeting of the Planck consortium will allow to review the status of the Planck instruments and the expected scientific return one year before launch. Eight working groups will discuss how Planck will reveal the microwave sky from our neighborhood in the solar system to the very distant galaxies and the diffuse radiation they are embedded into.
