PRODEX Experiment Arrangement requests with project durations beyond 2010 will in a first step be implemented only until 31 December 2010, in line with the current approved PRODEX Declaration.

As soon as the PRODEX Declaration covering the next period (2011-2015) will formally enter into force (expected January 2010) PRODEX Office will contact all affected project leaders to take the necessary administrative steps for their contract extension.

This procedure does in no way invalidate the budget commitment of the relevant Delegations towards their national project leaders.
