Report for Period 3 May to 9 May 2009The Venus Express spacecraft and instruments performed nominally during this week. The dual launch of Herschel and Planck on 14 May has an impact on the Cebreros ground station passes, shortening them by 2-3 hours during about 10 days.

The table below shows a chronology of the main activities:

MET
(Day)
Date DOY Main Activity
1272 03/05/09 123 Communications pass over Cebreros
1273 04/05/09 124 Communications pass over Cebreros
1274 05/05/09 125 Communications pass over Cebreros.
Telemetry bit rate changed from 91kbps to 76 kbps
