Transfer of liquid helium to dewars

Liquid helium is being transferred from large containers (30 000 litres capacity) to smaller dewars (~450 litres capacity).
Evaporating helium from the filling process causes the humidity in the air to condense on the surface of the dewar (white ice patches).
