In coordination with the Herschel Science Centre (HSC), the NASA Herschel Science Centre (NHSC) is organising the Herschel Open Time Cycle-1 Observation Proposal Planning Workshop, to be held June 3-4, 2010, in Pasadena, California. Tutorials will include background information on the observatory's instrument suite, observing modes, proposal planning tool, and the submission process, in coordination with the HSC.
