JWST - Announcement of Opportunity

The ESA Directorate of Science has issued an Announcement of Opportunity (AO) for membership of the Instrument Science Team (IST) of NIRSpec.

The ESA-provided Near Infrared Multi-Object Spectrograph is to be flown on the James Webb Space Telescope. The AO is open to researchers from all ESA member states, and aims to solicit six members of the NIRSpec IST with relevant expertise.

The AO is 345 kb in size and may be downloaded here.

The closing date for receipt of applications is midnight, Monday 26 April 2004.
