Wednesday, 2 April, the Planck spacecraft was transferred to the Large Space Simulator (LSS) at ESTEC. This view shows the spacecraft still resting on its ground support equipment (GSE), but with the overhead crane attached to it and ready for lifting the spacecraft up to the entrance level of the LSS.
