Black hole astrophysics has been highlighted in terms of accretion and related processes around black holes. The School will provide an opportunity for interactions among theoretical physicists and high-energy astrophysicists in Asia-Pacific countries. Basic and advanced lectures as well as reports on recent developments in this field will be presented. The covered topics are:
