Engineers working on the integration of the Japanese Mercury Magnetospheric Orbiter (MMO) of the ESA-JAXA BepiColombo mission as part of launch preparations at Europe's Spaceport.

The BepiColombo mission consists of two science orbiters – ESA's Mercury Planetary Orbiter (MPO) and JAXA's MMO – and the Mercury Transfer Module (MTM), which will use solar electric propulsion to take the two orbiters to Mercury, along with gravity assist flybys at Earth, Venus and Mercury itself.
