(a) Magnetic footprints of Pc5 waves observed on 25 November 2001 by the four Cluster satellites (upper panel) named Samba (C1), Salsa (C2), Rumba (C3) and Tango (C4) crossing the magnetopause at roughly 110 000 km altitude and by the Polar spacecraft (b panel) crossing the magnetosphere at 58 000 km altitude.
