Fully assembled 64 x 32 bolometer array of the short-wave PACS photometer (60-85 / 85-130 µm). The focal plane consists of 4 × 2 submatrices of 16 × 16 pixels, each. The focal plane, operated at ~0.3 K, is suspended within its 2 K housing. The 0.3 K interface is seen in the cut-out on the right side of the assembly.
