Planck 320 GHz quasi-optical illuminator (QOI) unit with indications of major components and beam propagation paths.
The QOI was used for RF tests of the Planck Radio Frequency Qualification Model (RFQM) telescope at the Compact Antenna Test Range (CATR) at Thales Alenia Space, Cannes, France.
