Partial solar eclipse, 1 June 2011
On 1 June 2011, a partial eclipse was visible on Earth at northern latitudes. Between 20:40 and 22:46 UT, PROBA-2 twice crossed the path of the lunar shadow and registered two partial solar eclipses. SWAP was at this time acquiring images with a cadence of 30s; the resulting images of the lunar transits can be seen in this video.
