This image was taken at 22:06 UTC by one of Rosetta's Navigation Cameras during the spacecraft's first Earth swing-by on 4 March 2005. It shows the Moon rising above the Pacific, just three minutes before the point of closest approach during Rosetta's first Earth swing-by.
