Members of the CHEOPS Instrument Team from Bern-Vienna-IWF/Graz-DLR/Berlin, in the ESA EMC anechoic test chamber. The pyramidal structures on the walls of the chamber are designed to minimise reflections of radio-frequency signals. They are made of a special type of foam that absorbs at radio frequencies, creating an environment that mimics free space.
