Freelance service contracts for Communication Experts

The ESA Science Programme has been extending its outreach through anincreased effort in communication and provision of information about theProgramme and its missions.
The Agency is supported in its science communication activities by freelance
agents who are working under an Agency service contract (not an employment contract) for the ESA Science Programme Communication Service (SPCS).
The Agency intends to place a further contract for a European communications expert in support of the Cassini/Huygens mission, which is a joint NASA/ESA mission, the SMART-1 mission and any other ESA Science communication activity as instructed by the Service.
