Rosetta navigation camera (NavCam) image taken on 27 November 2015 at 124 km from the centre of comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko. The image measures 10.8 km across and has a scale of about 10.6 m/pixel.
The image has been cleaned to remove the more obvious bad pixels and cosmic ray artefacts, and intensities have been scaled.
This image has been enhanced to bring out the details of the comet's activity. The original image is available here.
